We have five levels of difficulty for our activities. See what they mean here. If you have any questions, please fill out our contact form, or contact us directly.
Suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, no significant physical effort required
Suitable for people of all ages who are in fair condition, some physical effort required but easy to adapt activity to skill level of clients
Decent fitness level required, moderate elevation gain, the difficulty depends highly also on weather and personal experience of the participant in the precise activity (e.g., hiking, kayaking, skiing)
Good fitness level required, can be challenging because of the length of the tour, significant elevation gain or height exposure
Very good level of fitness required, because certain speed/pace is important to complete the tour; long distance, significant elevation gain, and tough weather condition (e.g., walking in deep snow) make this tour challenging
