The Norwegian Museum of Hydro Power and Industry is a cultural attraction in the town of Odda. Between 1906 and 1918, the Tysso I hydraulic power station was constructed here in the middle of a beautiful landscape. Now the industrial monument has been completely renovated and integrated into the Norwegian Hydropower and Industrial Museum. Daily opened from 10 am – 5 pm from the middle of May to middle of September. In the off seasons open from 10 am – 3 pm and during weekends on request.
